“ Was für eine grandiose Überraschung. Auf der Durchreise haben wir das Hotel gefunden und sind mit der Familie bei Richard eingekehrt. Der Spargel-Flan mit frischen Pflücksalaten als Vorspeise war etwas Neues. Die Lammhaxe mit Kartoffelpüree und abgeschwenkten Pilzen war ein Gedicht. Butterzart und ganz besondere Soße. Einfach toll. Das zweite Hauptgericht waren hausgemachte Ravioli mit Champignons gefüllt. Sehr intensiv und sehr gelungen. Für Kinder gibt es ein Menü mit Burger, Pommes und Mousse au chocolat. Der Burger war lecker und rosa gebraten. Der offene Rotwein war ebenfalls sehr gut. Alles in allem ein schöner, unverhoffter Abend mit der Familie in einem kinderfreundlichen Restaurant. ”

“ Ein schöner Ort, abseits der Straße, ruhig gelegen. Freundliches Personal. Die Speisen sind frisch zubereitet. Beim Tatar hätte ich mir etwas mehr Geschmack gewünscht. Das Lammfleisch war perfekt gegart und zerging einem auf der Zunge, (hier hätte man jedoch etwas mehr gewürzte Soße beifügen ) der dazugereichte Kartoffelstampf war perfekt. ”
